Panelists will discuss what you should consider when designing a page and participants will have the opportunity to create a sample page of their own.
Learn to use this easy program from Netscape which allows you to create HTML based documents without needing to understand the intricacies of the HTML programming language. This software is similar to standard word processing, but it also allows you to easily import graphics and create links to other web pages.
