In preparation for upcoming contract negotiations, LACUNY's Professional
Status and Grants committee is seeking your input. Over the coming months
a series of questions and survey instruments will be sent your way. It is
our hope that the brevity of each questionnaire will make it easy for you
to respond.
That said, here is the first - perhaps the pivotal - query:
What do you see as the most important library-related issues that need to
be addressed in the next contract?
Please take a few moments to respond. Our needs are not identical to
those issues affecting the teaching faculty; we must clarify our own
priorities and speak up.
Responses can be sent to the list; in fact, a discussion of our concerns
might prove very helpful. However anyone desiring anonymity can respond
privately. Private responses will be kept confidential.
